SalonRank — privacy, in plain language.
We're not in the data business. We make local-SEO plans and content for hair salons. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it — and it's short on purpose.
The free plan generator runs entirely in your browser. The salon name, city, website, and services you type in are used to build your plan on your own device. They are not sent to our servers, not stored by us, and not used for anything else. You can print or copy your plan, and nothing about it is saved unless you choose to share it yourself.
Soon, a small pop-up on this site will let you sign up for a monthly "local SEO tips for salon owners" email, and you'll get a 20% discount code (WELCOME20) when you do.
When you sign up, we store your email address in our database and use it for exactly one thing: sending you the monthly tips you asked for, and occasionally letting you know about SalonRank offers. You can unsubscribe any time — every email we send makes that easy — and we'll stop right away.
We never sell your email address, and we never share it with anyone outside the SalonRank team for their own purposes.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and what kind of device they use. That helps us improve the site.
Analytics gives us totals and patterns, not individual identities. We don't use it to identify specific visitors, and we don't link it to the email addresses of people who sign up.
The site uses cookies only through Google Analytics, as described above. The free plan generator doesn't set cookies. Payments are handled by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy and systems; your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
The only personal information we hold is the email address you give us when you sign up for the tips email. It's stored in a secure database, accessed only by the SalonRank team to send the emails you asked for, and deleted if you ask us to.
Unsubscribe any time using the link in any email we send. To ask what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email us at support@salonrankseo.com.
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page. We'll never start selling data — we don't have any to sell.
