Terms of Service

We make honest, helpful local-SEO documents for hair salons. These terms say what you're buying, what we do, what you do, and what we don't promise. We've written them to be read — no legalese theater.

SalonRank provides local-SEO plans, playbooks, and content for hair salons. We're a small team, not a law firm — these are plain-language terms for a plain-language product.

The free SEO plan generator runs in your browser and produces a personalized action checklist, a starting local keyword set, and content drafts — no sign-up, nothing stored.

The paid products are:

• Tier 1 — SEO Playbook ($199): a real audit of your website and Google Business Profile performed by the SalonRank team, a validated local keyword set, a 30/60/90-day action plan, service-page and blog content briefs, and a Google Business Profile optimization plan.
• Tier 2 — + Ready-to-Publish Pages ($449): Tier 1 plus 3 service pages and 2 blog posts, fully written as complete HTML.
• Tier 3 — + Local Launch ($599): Tier 2 plus a complete Google Business Profile launch package.
• Tier 4 — Weekly Content Engine ($297–$999 by term): one new SEO-optimized blog post every week, written in your salon's voice and targeting your validated keywords.

Tiers can be combined, and buying two or more tiers together applies a 10% bundle discount. Prices shown on the site at checkout are the prices you pay.

For Tier 1 and above, we perform a real audit of the website and profile you give us, and we write or prepare the content in your package. The plans are generated with AI assistance and reviewed by people — the audit and the final deliverable are done by the SalonRank team, not left to a machine.

You're responsible for:

• Publishing the content on your own website. We write it and hand it to you ready to use; we don't publish for you.
• Keeping published pages accurate. The content is written for your business, but prices, services, hours, and any claims on your pages must reflect your real business. If you change a price or drop a service, update the page.
• Completing Google's final verification step (Tier 3). We prepare every word of your Google Business Profile, but Google requires proof of ownership, and only you can provide it.

We do not guarantee rankings, positions on Google, or traffic numbers. SEO outcomes depend on your market, your competition, how consistently the plan is executed, and factors outside anyone's control — including changes Google makes to how it ranks local businesses. Anyone who promises "#1 on Google" isn't being honest with you.

What we do promise: honest work, clearly explained, delivered as described. When we report results, they come from real sources — Google Search Console, live search checks, and your Google Business Profile insights — never from fabricated numbers.

The documents and content we deliver are licensed to you for use on your own business's website and marketing. You're welcome to adapt them — in fact, you should: they include placeholders for your own prices and photos.

Payments are processed by Stripe; you'll see Stripe's secure checkout when you buy. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us. Our refund policy is separate and lives at /refund-policy.
